WONDER ...WOMEN! -- Part 1

This is Kay Rush, my favorite Dj:

She's the sexiest voice of the radio, but this isn't enough to define her.
The radio, in which she works, describes her so:

"Very handsome, untiring and eclectic,
Kay Rush was born in Milwaukee, under the sign of Capricorn -- ascendent Archer (!)
from Japanese mother and Swiss-German-American father.
Not only great success television-radio conductor,
(the last prestigious performance
saw her engaged as television conductor of Nosolomusica,
on an important Spanish broadcasting station).
But much very more:
during her career, she was concerned with music, fashion, culture, actuality,
she recited in TV, at theater,
she is journalist,
and she correctly speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
And still:
she is one true sportswoman (she practises skiing, mountaineering, diving, parapendio
and motorcycling),
she loves to travel, to read,
and hear hear, she's sommelier!"

The radio Dj's job comes unobserved, as regards the provoked clamour from the TVs.
Although Kay Rush is a very handsome, brilliant woman with class,
she doesn't love televisions apparitions, and prefers all that she defines art;
for Kay, radio has a magic and mystical taste;
she really loves artists and the music, that she goes to rouse during her travels
(often, they are rare and unvailable pieces of big music),
and she proposes in her transmissions,
without the minimal conditioning of the major record.
But the more exceptional thing of this wonderful woman is that,
although her job carries her given to contact and interview the most important
celebrities, people of cult, intellectuals, journalists, political characters,
of the world-wide scene
(from the Prime Minister, to Isabelle Allende, the Dalai Lama)
she answers the listeners, to their messages, their phone calls, their mail
with maximum simplicity, liking and affection;
exactly, like if they were the more important thing for her:
"You are in every beat of my heart and in every word that flow through the
mystical microphone. I will always be grateful to you for being there."

I adore this wonderful woman.
Thank you KAY KAY!

Lyrics -- Part 1

The Wild Bunch no. 6 - March 1978

This is the historical magazine "The Wild Bunch".
I own the first 20-25 numbers, included the legendary no. 1.
I was told that it's worth very much, but I would never sell it!

Dedicated to Kookychick:
Brown Eyed Girl
Van Morrison

Hey, where did we go
Days when the rains came?
Down in the hollow
Playing a new game,
Laughing and a-running, hey, hey,
Skipping and a-jumping
In the misty morning fog with
Our, our hearts a-thumping
And you, my brown-eyed girl,
You, my brown-eyed girl.

Whatever happened
To Tuesday and so slow
Going down to the old mine with a
Transistor radio.
Standing in the sunlight laughing
Hide behind a rainbow's wall,
Slipping and a-sliding
All along the waterfall
With you, my brown-eyed girl,
You, my brown-eyed girl.

Do you remember when we used to sing
Sha la la la la la la la la la la dee dah
Just like that
Sha la la la la la la la la la la dee dah
La dee dah.

So hard to find my way
Now that I'm all on my own.
I saw you just the other day,
My, how you have grown!
Cast my memory back there, Lord,
Sometime I'm overcome thinking about
Making love in the green grass
Behind the stadium
With you, my brown-eyed girl,
You, my brown-eyed girl.

Do you remember when we used to sing
Sha la la la la la la la la la la dee dah
Laying in the green grass
Sha la la la la la la la la la la dee dah
Dee dah dee dah dee dah dee dah dee dah dee
Sha la la la la la la la la la la la la
Dee dah la dee dah la dee dah la

...kc, where is your house?

ME AND TECHNOLOGY - Chapter 3

ScreenCleaner v2.0 (a new technology for cleaning computer's screens from inside...)

And now something serious...
It's a quite long tale.

VIRTUAL PUPS.

I received a mail which was saying :
"Subject: Puppies to save
7 pups Golden Retriever- zone (city)
Who does he take one of them free?
Otherwise, the owners will suppress them within the next week.
Also if you don't take him, you spread news.
Contact: (e-mail)
P.S.: they dont cost not at all, and are very beautiful"
Beautiful photos of pups was attached to the mail.

I spread the news.
A person answered me:
"Fortunately it's a joke. This mail has circulated for quite a lot of time, pups don't exist."

You could imagine my disappointment.
I think that, beyond the pornography, other immoral things circulate on Internet.
These are really the things in bad taste, which should scandalize us.
Some ethical rules should exist on Internet.

I wrote to the person that answered me, telling her:
"Thank you Julie for the interest and the nuisance.
I will resend your signaling immediately."

Then, I wrote to the mail's sender (he's not the joke's author):
"I hope this E-mail returns to the legitimate joke's author, after some passages,
because he realizes that it wasn't a childish trick.
Internet could be actually an useful instrument.
In this case, it was only a few "virtual" pups.
In other case, it was possible to save human lifes.
Author of this joke in very bad taste has only shown that:
whoever ignored this e-mail was more cunning than whoever was interested...
The indifference won
and we lost some trust and some hope within Internet community.
Well then, we rose to the bait.
Probably, we will again rise to the bait next time,
we are so.
But again, we prefer to seem idiots, instead of risking a life.
The author is probably not able to use his time better,
because he feels lonely or frustrated.
I hope that he will realize that Internet is not suitable for him,
and that, going for a walk is the best thing.
Internet is a very powerful instrument,
but it was born with another spirit.
Bye."

OK, I gave vent!
How would you act, in these cases?
